4- Can I modify or cancel my tickets?
Each product has its own cancellation and change policy. For example, in the case of visits to the Alhambra:
Once the reservation request has been made, as published on the website and explicitly accepted in several steps during the purchase process, including the last one in which the acceptance of the cancellation policy is marked, the name, date, time and tickets cannot be modified or cancelled, so there is no right to any refund. There are no possible exceptions or reasons (COVID, illness, work reasons, trip cancellation, etc...), as published in the public regulations of the monument in the Resolution of January 16, 2020 of the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, by which it is agreed to publish the Regulations for Visits, Commercialization and Other Public Uses of the Monumental Complex of the Alhambra and Generalife and its attached assets. It states that "The tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in the following cases":
-When it has not been possible to carry out the visit for reasons attributable to the PAG (Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife).
-When some of the assumptions established in Article 35 of Decree 40/2017, of March 7, which regulates the organization and operation of the General Treasury of the Junta de Andalucía and collection management.
The refund will be made in accordance with the procedure established in Chapter III of Decree 40/2017, of March 7, which regulates the organization and operation of the General Treasury of the Junta de Andalucía and collection management.
In no case shall the amount of the management fee established in the system for the management and sale of tickets be refunded.
